ACADEMIC SKILLS WORKSHOPS

Sharpening Your Study Skills Mar.4 (T): 2-3pm Fleming 150
What are the Main Components of Excellent Study Skills? 10 'must-have' skills to excel in your studies. Strengthen what you do well; identify the areas to improve upon for your success.

Yoga for EveryStudent Mar. 7 (F): Noon-1pm Fleming 265 A&B Mar.20 (Th): 2-3pm Fleming 150
Yoga? In Class? Yes!!! We will teach you valuable breathing (pranayama) and simple yoga poses proven to reduce stress. Simple moves that you can integrate immediately into your life! No special equipment needed (bring your yoga mat, if desired for C4C. We have a few mats for the Fleming Workshops). Dress in relaxed clothing that is easy to sit and bend in.
