• Assist patient with physical therapy appointments & Shadow his Physical therapist
• Six months ago he suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury and has just returned home after rehabbing at Craig Hospital in Denver and then in QLI in Omaha, Nebraska. He will be getting his PT and OT therapies through Mapleton Outpatient rehabilitation. He suffered damage to his right eye and is unable to drive. He has dyskinesia in the right leg but is mobile and able to walk on his own. At this time, therapists have recommended that he be attended at all times.
• Responsibilities: Drive patient to appointment 2x/week and shadow PT/OT
And oversee his rehabilitation therapy routine in his home MWF for 1 hour
